The Charter has Seven Goals that we support Signatories in working towards, to benefit their employees.

The promotion and availability of flexible and part-time working, especially at senior levels that attract higher levels of pay and conditions

Throughout the year, we are here to support you in your goals through quarterly events for signatory companies, and providing a community of signatories to learn from each other.
