We're not just about gender. Equity through an intersectional lens.

​The Charter has Seven Goals that we support Signatories in working towards, to benefit their employees. Signatories select their own goals to work towards and their own targets on their journey towards gender equality.

Declare your commitment of intent to gender equality. We ask you to fill out our application form where we ask a bit about you, which Charter goals you are going to work toward, and what your plans are. 

Then provide

Progress

Throughout the year, we are here to support you in your goals through  quarterly events  for signatory companies, and  providing a community of signatories to learn from each other.

Report

After a year, we ask you to submit a progress report to share what you have achieved, in order to renew your signatory status. It's a great opportunity to showcase your accomplishments!
