Our directors and ambassador team has a wide range of expertise that can assist our signatories with achieving their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ambitions. Our ambassadors have been carefully chosen due to their expertise and commitment, and they have worked with the Charter team to support our ambition for gender equity in Bristol organisations. 

When our expert team works with you, it will directly support the good work that we do in the charter through a support fee paid directly by the consultant to the charter, if you choose to work with them.

Sandra is a dynamic people and results oriented manager with extensive operational experience. Areas of specialism:

  • Specialist coach experienced in career coaching, executive coaching, leadership coaching (supporting women into these positions and equitable inclusive leadership).

Kristal Mcnamara - DIRECTOR

Kristal is a people and culture specialist, working in engagement, strategy & implementation work. Areas of specialism:

Bianca has specialised in mental health and race awareness training for the last 7 years, her focus is to work together with businesses to dismantle racism and help improve mental health in the workplace. Areas of specialism:

Sarah is a communications expert dedicated to investigating the role employment plays in all our lives.

She dedicates alot of her time on a voluntary basis to provide PR expertise to the Charter, and has helped us to raise awareness and expand our reach.

​As an award-winning journalist and PR pro, her 25+ year career spans national newspapers and magazines as well as leading on comms programmes for organisations such as Bosch, The RAC and EasyGroup.

Jess is a professional coach, trainer and facilitator, with a passion for equality and social justice. ​Jess previously worked as a senior leader in the public sector, focusing on equality of opportunity to higher education.

​Jess is the Co-Founder / Co-Director of Inclusive Futures CIC, a not for profit community interest company, which provides coaching programmes to support underrepresented groups to access and succeed in higher education.
