We work with organisations across Bristol and surrounding areas, to accelerate the pace of change for the benefit of women, the businesses they work in and the communities they live in.
Together we raise awareness of our organisational ambitions and work towards our goal to make Bristol the first gender equal city.

We are founded from the Bristol Women’s Commission and part of the West of England Women’s Commission.
Their focus is uniting leaders to identify and tackle women’s inequality across the West of England and beyond - Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

We partner with South West Women in Property, a membership organisation for women working in the property and construction industry.
We support their aspiration; to recognise excellence, encourage up and coming talent and nurture the role models of tomorrow. They actively seek an industry that is balanced, diverse and inclusive.

They help Mums transform their lives by rebuilding confidence and helping them on their journey to find work that works for them and their families.

National Members of the BSI committee on Gender Equality: We worked with the committee to develop ISO 53800 guidelines for the promotion and implementation of gender equality and women's empowerment.
