News: Tickets for Charter Impact Event 2026 now live

Bristol, England May 10, 2026: The Women in Business Charter has announced its Annual Impact Event 2026, taking place on Thursday 25 June at Bristol City Hall, 2-6pm.

The event brings together the region's most forward-thinking leaders, academics, and changemakers to mark a pivotal moment in the journey towards gender equality.

With signatories collectively employing more than 45,500 people across the region, the Charter has moved well beyond conversation. This year's event will showcase real-world data, lived experience, and tested strategies that are already transforming workplaces, and accelerating progress towards the Charter's 2030 goal of a gender-equal region.

Sandra Gordon, Founding Director of Bristol Women in Business Charter said: “What our signatories have achieved together is genuinely remarkable.

“This event is our opportunity to step back, take stock of how far we have come, and celebrate the individuals and organisations who have made it happen. But it is also a call to action.

“We have a clear destination — a gender-equal region by 2030 — and the talent, energy, and collective will to get there. Events like this remind us why that work matters and inspire us to push further, together.”

The programme includes a high-profile panel debate featuring signatories, academics, and regional changemakers; a series of ‘Five Minutes That Matter’ talks offering candid lived-experience perspectives, and sessions in which Charter members share practical tactics on closing the gender pay gap and building truly inclusive workplaces.

The afternoon will also provide dedicated networking time, creating space for cross-sector partnerships that drive both social and economic impact across the Bristol region.
